Exchange mail not being pushed to iPad

Email messages coming from an exchange server are not being pushed to my iPad. Messages are appearing on my iPhone normally.

I have PUSH turned on in my Settings. Any thoughts?

I am able to check my exchange email on the iPad. I just have to open the Mail app before the messages appear.

    Let's check over a few settings. I don't have an iPad, so if something doesn't correspond, let us know. Under settings, mail, I assume that fetch new data has Push enabled. If so, great, if not, enable it. Now go into your exchange settings and where it says mail folders to Push, is inbox chosen?
