This is kinda a two-questions-in-one situation. I have looked through some of the other threads and I haven't found this specific question.

1. I know how to import iCal in Google calendars, but for some reason, it syncs up once and then stops. It'll resync if I restart my computer, but that seems a bit weird and also a pain. Is there some solution to this?

2. For those who suggest "Spanning Sync", is that software working okay? There were some disclaimers on the download page indicating some bugs and stuff, and I was wondering if that's been a big problem.

Thanks.

There are no 'known bugs' with Spanning Sync other than those which are common to all calendar synchronization applications and plugins: those due to issues involving the Sync Services framework and the synchronization component of iCal itself, which was rewritten for the release of Mac OS X 10.5 and iCal 3.

If you truly want to easily and routinely synchronize with Google Calendars, then you need to use Spanning Sync.
