Q: Transferring iwork to New computer

I know this might not be the right forum but I am looking on how to transfer iwork to my new computer. I have looked in the forums and it is split up by application so their is no forum for the entire iWork suite (or at least thats what I see). I recently upgraded my Mac and wanted to transfer iWork from my old Mac to my new Mac.

Me and my friend original bought a family pack of the iWork suite because we had four Mac's between the two of us, so we split the cost and the installations. The problem is that he has moved away because of his job and he has the disks.

How do I get iWork from my old Mac to my new Mac. Do I have to use Migration Assistant. I only want to move that one suite over. Can I only move one program over with Migration assistant, or can I just copy folders and files over my network at home. What files and folders do I have to move? or am I out of luck and have to purchase a whole new iWork suite.

Thanks
Nick

The best would be to get the discs. I don't have any experience with Migration Assistant. You could ask Apple as you have a new computer you are entitled some month of help from the AppleSupport
    _http://www.apple.com/contact/_

If no one else can help you in the forum try the forum for MacOs X on this site.

I just moved all of those files over to my new laptop and everything seems to be working fine. Thanks for the help.

Don't forget to remove them from the old machine.
