Give it a minute to run. Once complete, re-boot your computer, launch iTunes, see if this fixes your sync issue.MacBook Pro

It is only addressbook that has problems. 848 contacts on iphone, 834 on my mac.
The problem is that this difference will increase and diverge more and more because I'll add something to addressbook on my mac and others on my iphone, so the difference is already in quality and not only in quantity. -:((
I dare I have to do a full reset, but I really hope I haven't...
