I just updated my iPhone 3 GS with the iPhone 4 software and the weather app no longer works. Any idea what to do?

    Same process and same result .. Weather and exchange apps don't work any longer

    mine is working perfectly wwith exchange and the weather app is ok to.

    did you retype your internet settings, they are lost after the upgrade.

    mine is currenly running at 4.0.1.

    ok i meant the settings for using internet through 3G

    if internet and mail is working this probably is ok.

    i am in the netherlands

    try to remove the city you specified in weather and add it again

    otherwise i really do not know were to look.

    Weather app not working either over there (I'm in France).

    Can you confirm that the Stocks app is not working either ?

    In my opinion Apple should just remove this app (unless it is necessary for other apps). There are several much better weather apps that are free such as "The Weather Channel" and "Weatherbug."
