Try using QuickTime 7 Player which is an optional install for Mac OS X 10.6 -

Oops my bad, it maybe this used to work in QuickTime many moons ago, I don't do mms streams these days.
However try visiting the following page and see if it is of more help.

Once you can play the streams in iTunes then Front Row should also be happy. -

I tried the link and all I got was sound (but no picture) from making the .MOV sound.
