Q: Moving keyframes

Anyone know of a simple way to move the keyframes in a timeline for a node?

For example, let's say I have a Move2D node with a keyframe @ 150 and a keyframe @ 250 and I want to "move" the keyframes relative to each other 50 frames forward. This way the characteristics of each keyframe is the same but they are @ 200 and 300 respectively.

Thx.

    Hi,

There are a couple of ways. The easiest is to use the Curve Editor.

For each keyed parameter, click on the left icon "add parameters
    to curve editor".

Open the Curve Editor. You should see all your keyframes.
In the lower left corner of the Curve Editor, select the mode
that premits horizontal motion only. You can also just type x.

Select all the keyframes in the Curve Editor and drag them
    to the new location.

As you are dragging, you should also see the keyframes move
    in the timeline.

There is another technique which might be useful if you
want to adjust the offset without doing all the dragging.
    Create a new Move2D node.
In each parameter's value field, type something like this:
    Move2D1.xPan@@(time-50)
Now you can change the number 50 at any time.

Good call, stuckfootage - the two Move2D's will concatenate and there's no increased overhead...
