*The Art of Browsing*
There’s more than one way to browse a support community.
First, from your Homepage, click on the Browse button. A list of all product communities will display. Then, simply click on any community you’d like to browse for content.
Alternatively, you can browse each product community page. When you select a product community page, you’ll see Additional Products or Content. So, say you want to browse the content related to a specific product, such as iMac, then just click on Desktop Computers and drill down.
Once you’ve selected a specific product, that product’s community page will display. The Default view is the Overview tab, which shows you the product’s related categories, or filters, and all subsequent content. If you’d like to refine the content you’re seeing, or the status of the discussion (for example, Open or Answered Questions), just click on the Discussions tab or Document tabs. Selecting any of the category filters will continue to refine your search.
*Search Made Simple*
A search bar is provided at the top of every page throughout Apple Support Communities. Type your question or topic into the search bar, and in no time, your answer will be revealed.
The answers are out there. Browse or Search and you shall find.
