Q: CD drive non responsive

Folks!
My cd Drive won't accept any cd's. When I try and insert the cd, it seems like there is a CD already in use. But in reality there is nothing in there.
Need some work done ASAP.
All suggestions are welcome

will let you locate the closest service provider.

or if there is one near you you could always bring it to a genius bar.

In a pinc, you could always buy an external cd/dvd burner
