It's a little annoying, but the iPhone 4 boots up quickly, so it's tolerable provided they correct it. I hope it's not a h/w issue.iPhone 3G, iOS 4, iOS 4.1 (8B117)

To reset your network settings, tap Settings > General > Reset, then scroll down and tap Reset Network Settings.
Reset network settings
Note: This will clear your current cellular and Wi-Fi network settings, including saved networks, Wi-Fi passwords, and VPN settings.

Called their tech support and he reset "something" on his end that corrected the problem. The problem had even manifested itself in one of my laptops that I had never had a problem connecting to in the past.
