My mac won't play divx movies online. When i click the play button, nothing happens. I have downloaded the divx software to my mac multiple times, yet it does not help. How can i get safari to play divx?

Do you have the Divx player? I don't think it is browser specific is it? Can you try another browser like Firefox? I personally only use Firefox. I am not a fan of Safari.

I have the same problem. I tried everything, previous versions of DivX, webplayer, Safari, Firefox, but still I can't see the player on the browser. The sad thing is that DivX support do not seem to know the answer.

Give VLC Player a shot. It has a Firefox plugin, which Safari will pick up I think. I won't guarantee it, but virtually every browser out there supports Netscape/Mozilla plugins.

    Dear YKX,
I was just checking to see if you've got your problem solved. Mine still exists. I contacted DivX Support several times with no use. If you've figured out the problem would you please let us know.
