Go to Safari / Preferences then select the Security tab. Click "Show Cookies". Delete all Apple cookies.
Restart your Mac.
BTW, you can add items to the cart but make sure you click: Save

I sign in, try to update my payment method and it says my session is expired. Anyone else having this problem or have a solution? I don't have many, just Amazon, Bing Highlights, Open in Papers, and Better Facebook. Can I be bothered to switch them back on?Intel iMac 27", Mac OS X (10.6.5)

Select the Safari Menu (top left next to apple logo)
Select Preferences from Safari Menu (3rd option down)
Select the Privacy Tab
Select "From third parties and advertisers" from the "Block Cookies" option.
That will fix it.
