I was surprised to found out today, that there are a lot of users with this problem. It's a shame as I really loved this app.
Can someone provide instructions on how to get a refund? I contacted Apple support today.

I did that and already received the following answer:
I apologize for the inconvenience, but I am unable to add “NDrive West Europe” back to your account. This application is no longer available on the iTunes Store.
I also tried to see if there was an option to refund, but because this item was purchased in June 2010, the offer to refund is not available.
I could not believe this!!! This is crazy!
I've bought this app 3 months ago per 29,99€ and now it seems I will lose the app and the money! Incredible... How is this possible???
I've bought a lot of apps but if I don't get a refund on this, I will not buy anything else.

Apple has removed the NDrive apps from the store permanently and the developer has not offered a revised version that passes Apples QC yet. If your local copy has disappeared (mine has not, by the way), request a refund from Apple for the price you paid.
