I am unable to purchase apps through the app store on the iPad. Works in iTunes, but on the iPad, the radio buttons for the price remain greyed out. I am also unable to use the genius feature to suggest new apps. It will not turn on.
Dell Inspiron 1525, Windows 7

    Have you reset your iPad?
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the
Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Are you singed into an iTunes account( Settings>Store)?

    Hi,

I wonder if you can help. I just got iPad 3G and it is fully functional, however, I wish to have pages & numbers to be installed. I have iWorks CD and it is installed on my MAC. Can I use the same CD and how can I get it installed on the iPad?

    Thanks

No, you cannot install the Mac version of Pages and Numbers on your iPad. You can purchase iPad versions of these products using the App store on your iPad or through the iTunes App store on your Mac. They cost $9.99.

thanks for the info, I felt it would be so; just wanted to be sure.
What about files received on pdf format; could I view them, or as well I would need a viewer?

    thanks

thanks. What about Quickoffice Connect Mobile Suite for iPad. Have read the complete literature about it. Doesn't it provide better range of all office support rather than buy Pages, Keynote & Numbers separately?
It definitely looks superb but I have nil experience on it. Is is worth it to go ahead?
    Thanks again

I've never used QuickOffice so I can't offer an opinion on it.

I would guess that you tried signing out and then back in of your iTunes account on your iPad.
