What I would do:
If you have any expertise in web design/development, then create a web page that fits the precise look and feel you are going for. Upload this file and all associated images to a web-accessible location. Then, in Safari, visit the page, and choose File >Mail Contents of This Page.

I just tried to modify one of the predesigned stationary as suggested in the link you provided (The Graphic Mac) and it worked great.... I'm no graphic designer, so it will take a few attempts for me to get something I want but that is defiantly what I was looking for! Thanx again!
