The Problem is the Proxy. Is it possible that the problem is not apples fault.
Maybe I have to talk with the proxy guy ??

I had the same problem, I think because our Proxy is not using Port 8080.
I think SUS expects the proxy to use this port.
If you also use a different port, maybe this helps you too:
insert the following into com.apple.swupdate.sync.plist
Of course you have to change the ip address and port according to your setup.
Restart SUS and give it some time to find all the updates.

This is not the problem.
Proxy Port is the following 18.104.22.168:8080 with name and
should i make an entry in com.apple.swupdate.sync.plist
and how can i make this entry ??

I don't think that it'll work as long as your Proxy requires Name and Password for authorization. Can you get access to the Internet for your Server through the proxy without Name and Password?
