Currently Being ModeratedNov 17, 2010 7:15 AM (in response to pberk)I am having the same problem AND I purchased the box set from my iPhone 4. I saved the 2 files (mini docs and Washington 1964) to the desk top, opened them in QT7 and converted and saved them for iPhone.
But they should have come in "as if by magic."3g, Revision B Powerbook 17 1.33mHz, dual 2.7 PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

After I took a look into your account, I was notified that there is an issue regarding this exact situation.
We are asking our affected customers to delete these 2 videos from your iTunes Library. When asked, keep the file.....do not delete it. To restore the videos, please follow these steps:
1) Go into iTunes and select the File tab and click on "Add to Library"
2) Select the videos, one by one from their location on your hard drive.
This will allow itunes iTunes to recognize them and then you can sync to your iPad.Ipad, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
Currently Being ModeratedNov 17, 2010 4:35 PM (in response to starboy0)I was able to fix the videos by removing them from iTunes and then adding them back to iTunes too.
I just right clicked the videos in iTunes> chose Show in Finder> right clicked the video again> chose Delete> chose Keep File> then dragged and dropped the file on the iTunes icon to add it back to the library.24" iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Currently Being ModeratedNov 18, 2010 5:33 AM (in response to pberk)I had the exact same issue. The two films had succesfully downloaded to my imac via itunes 10.1. This must be a DRM issue as posted by somebody else. It certainly isn't an 'authorisation'issue ... unless of course you have exhausted the 5 computers that you are allowed to authorize to. I have authorised to three mac's and have never encountered this error before. I am sure somebody will post a work around soon ... or maybe Apple will fix the issue.Intel imac 20 Inch Screen & White Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.1)

Currently Being ModeratedNov 20, 2010 2:55 PM (in response to Toen)Apple sent me an email yesterday apologizing for the syncing issue and telling me that new copies were add to my account and could be downloaded by Checking for Available Downloads... Is it necessary to delete the old copies before downloading the new ones, or will the files be overwritten automatically?imac 2.8 Core 2 Duo, ipad 3.2.1, iPhone 4,, Mac OS X (10.6.4), 3 GB RAM
