Constant Licence Agreement Required

Since upgrading to iTunes 10, every time I open it I have to "agree" to the licence. Is this a pain-in-the-butt new feature, or a glitch? How do I get it to record that I've agreed to the Ts & Cs?

    Sorry - not a solution but I get this periodically too - has the additional annoyance that if the AppleTV (V1) is connected - it loses the connection requiring a full resync to reconnect (which can take up to 24hours with my library).

    This has not gone away with an upgrade to iTunes 10.1 - if anything it is more frequent. Seriously regretting upgrading from iTunes 9 which was ultra stable on my system.

    Hope apple fixes this soon.
