Thank you for contacting CoPilot Technical Support.
If you are experiencing download issues between two Apple platforms (here between the iPhone and iTunes), I advise you contact Apple directly from your purchase history in iTunes then 'Report a problem' as ALK is not in charge of the installation on this device.
Then i contacted Apple and the reply was:

I am a little bit disappointed. -

NotebooksHow have you downloaded the app?
If via iTunes and then synching to the iPad, try downloading directly from the App Store using the iPad.
This way will eliminate any kind of problems that might be related to your PC OS. -
Mar 26, 2011 1:19 AM in response to HyperNova Softwareby tinizong,same here, i purchased 2 apps in the apple store, and get this error when trying to transfer them to my ipod 4g 32, when i google this issue people accuse me of trying to copy illicit stuff, this is definitely not the case, apple just has buggy software -
