Q: Mac classic enviroment is not supported on OSX
Hello everyone,
For my brothers birthday i bought en game that we used to play a long time ago (Wolfenstein 3D for macintosch 1992). I thought it would work on my macbook pro but it isn't, i get the error that the "Mac Classic enviroment is not supported enymore".
So i started to look at google and i saw it isn't possible to installal Mac OS in Vmware, but there is a program called sheepshaver that runs OS 9.
I downloaded sheepshaver and after the installation i open the program, and OS 9 starts up.
I started the game and it worked for like 2 min, after that sheepshaver freezes and i need to force it to stop. I found on internet that it ask a lot from your Mac but my macbook have 2GB free memory and the CPU is 30% (so i got some free room). It is only when i play the game that it freezes.
Now is the question of anyone else know something i can do to get the game working?
And we don't want to play the PC version, we wan't to play this version.
Thanx in Advance
