Q: Can't delete BBLaunchAgent.app process
I uninstalled the BlackBerry Desktop Manager but I still get a BBLaunchAgent.app process working (0.3% of CPU). I force quit it but then it appears again.
How do I get rid of this problem?

Again, it's always best to use a company's own uninstaller. I'm not sure exactly what you are running, but I just found this Blackberry support page:
[Installing and removing BlackBerry Desktop Software on a Mac computer|http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&exte rnalId=KB18771].
And this Blackberry forum thread:
[How do you Remove Desktop Manager|http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-for-Mac/How-do-you-Re move-Desktop-Manager/m-p/564538]
You could also contact their Tech support directly.
With regard to moving 3rd-party Launch Agents and Launch Daemons to the Trash yourself and then immediately restarting, I'm not sure what you mean by "is it secure ?" In general it is safe to do this, but I don't myself have a BlackBerry and haven't tried it here. The Uninstall script in the second link above lists a number of other components that should get uninstalled as well, though they probably would not be active without the Launch Agent and Launch Daemon. You should always have a current backup of your entire system on an external drive anyway, as a matter of routine. If you don't have one, I would do this first.
