Q: Clip slows down after compositing? Should I worry?

After compositing in shake and FileOut Render I notice in FCP the clip is smaller and slower. Sometimes it is no big deal but other times it is a big shift in time. In FCP i change the speed and move on, but is this correct?

g5, Mac OS X (10.5.2)

Try clicking on codecOptions...

And sorry - sizing needs to be set upstream of the fileOut.

You should set the sizing and speed you desire in your FileOut node...

Can't seem to find where I would set my speed in FileOut node?

After looking around for speed setting I placed a FileOut directly on my clip and found the speed issue problem was the same even before any compositing. So I started a new project all together and sent clip from FCP again and before compositing I FileOUT and it was OK.?

So I copied all my compositing from old project and paste in new and shifted the timing and was happy to see my compositing with a few rotos lined up great and all ok now.

I don't know what happen, seems like that project had a speed issue?
