Hi: Use the phone until it shuts down, recharge to 100%

A full charge cycle can also include using the iPhone beginning with a fully charged battery until the battery level is at 50% and then fully charging the battery. Doing this the same day or the next day - using the iPhone beginning with a fully charged battery until the battery level is at 50% and then fully charging the battery equates to one full charge cycle.

If you want to reset your battery meter/indicator, use the iPhone beginning with a fully charged battery until the battery is fully depleted - the iPhone will power off automatically when the battery is fully depleted. Connect your iPhone to a power source and don't disconnect the iPhone from the power source until the battery is fully charged.

The battery apps do nothing except keep a log of when you did full cycle charges, and remind  you when another is due.

I think the battery apps are a scam and a waste of money.

    Kudos to you for asking.
