Have had a couple of sessions with Comcast about slow internet speed. Ping times to Speedtest and PCPitstop have jumped to 100+ when they used to be 20ish and speed dropped to 8Mbits when it should be over 20. They check and say all is well. Am using Airport Extreme although this is a wired connection. When I bypass the Airport and jumper computer (Mac Pro) directly to the modem ping is 22 and speed is over 35Mbits. Airport has latest firmware. Apple support didn't have any ideas. Any thoughts?
