I am now researching alternatives to iTunes such as Amazon
You go to the Amazon.com site, find the song you want, and click on "Buy MP3."
You can buy MP3s from any online source and add them to your iTunes library. I don't think it will take too much "research."Windows 7, and 16GB Nano

Requested a credit to my account since this was not my purchase.Dell Dimension 9100, Windows XP Pro

Did you get your credit?
I've had 3 transactions in the last 24 hours, 2 for £11.99 and 1 for £2.99. Not happy at all!
Have changed my iTunes login ID and password in the *hope* that will stop it.

i have the same problem. over $100 of my money has been spent on around 2,000,000 chips for what ever this app is. however i have never purchased this app, let alone been dumb enough to spend $100 on it.

Same thing has happened from me..this is the second time from the same application. yet support wanted to say that it was something I accidentally bought, but I would Never spend $30 on one application. They refunded me the first time but I highly doubt they will the second time. Unless I get refunded the second time I will never buy anything again from them. It is happening to so many people and I think this needs to be addressed to all of us that have not made these purchases and find a way to fix the issue because it is getting out of hand.
