Has fix for MBA 2010 issues. I recommend using combo vs. incremental update.

Are you recommending the combo update that totals 1.1 GB??? instead of the one from software update or the one that totals about 476MB?

One of these days with such high volume, Apple needs to provide USB stick copies of the updates!

Since updating, Itunes freezes every time I launch it. Literally never happened before. Did this update have anything to do with Itunes?

Combo has always been recommended over incremental for as long as I can remember. Many times installing the combo has fixed issues that cropped up after incremental.....

On another thread, someone fixed this by "repairing permissions" with Disk Utility.

I always repair permissions and use Onyx. Saves me from a lot of heartache......

You should definitely repair permissions after an update of this nature. To be honest, Apple should have a start up script requiring that permissions be repaired after a "point" update. I'd say that the vast majority of Mac users don't even know what repairing permissions is.
