how much free ram should i have after a reboot and no apps running in background? (iphone 4 not jailbroking)

    It depends on the iOS version. In iOS 4.3 or 4.3.1 300 free MB top! Or at least that is my case. I think iOS itself using 200 MB. is a madness, but such is life! :P
