Do you mean when updating apps? This has happened to me in the past. Try to redownload the app from the App Store again with a stable internet connection, or reboot the phone and retry.

Restore your iPhone using iTunes. Connect the iPhone to your computer, open iTunes and click the restore button. In your iphone you can push the home and power button for 10 seconds to reset it.
