I've spent quite some time personalizing my homepage - getting rid of superfluous stuff, adding a user to watch, etc.

Every time I've finally gotten it to where it's "workable", I see a notification that changes have been implemented and to use "reset to default" - which results in all my changes to have disappeared. So, I spend another 15 minutes doing it all again. And then there are more changes......

Is this how it is designed to work at this point? Or is there a way some of the changes made can be ported over?

And, I've tried to minimize or delete the widget "top users" dozens of times - it keeps coming back? What am I doing wrong there? I don't need to see the top users. I'd rather use the space for something that is useful to me.
