My problem started when I began downloading the newest update and the usb port begin to not recognize the software.  I even tried to restore the phone but it said I didn't have an account which I do.  Error code 1611 keeps popping up?  Will taking it to an ATT store help?  Maybe uninstalling I-Tunes and downloading it again?  Any suggestions?
