Hi again folks,
Yesterday night i was playing around to fix the problem because i thought it was my mistake. Just clarify and avoid people wasting so many hours like I did.
-I have downgrade my ipad with TinyUmbrella to 4.2.1, 4.3 and back to 4.3.3 using TSS server. The same problem. (succesful downgrade but same screen)
-I have played around with hosts files and end up with the same thing.
-I have tryed diferent terminal tools for fixing recovery loop but back on the same. (irecovery, etc)
-I jailbreaked it several times with diferent tools like greenpoison pwnage, etc. Same error.
-I restored several times from Windows and Mac devices. The same problem.
So my conclusion is that we will not fix it until Apple says something.

In all cases the same, and probe all, if Just in case ... someone wants to go beyond I recommend you
snow leopard method for developers, lowering the program and updated version of this program.
It is best to wait, is not nobody's fault and only Jobs their servers are busy so much work, which falls this
updated this, enable this, buy this, in order to themselves are a mess and us better or talk.

Ok, here is the solution:
I just booted my iPad into DFU Mode, then restored. Here are instructions:
1.) Plug your iPad into your computer.
2.) Hold the top power button (lock button) until the 'slide to turn off' comes up. Slide to turn the device off.
3.) Once the device is completely off (and still plugged into the computer) hold both the lock and home buttons in for 10 seconds.
4.) After 10 seconds, release the lock button, but continue holding the home button. Nothing should be on the iPad 1G's screen.
5.) iTunes should say something about how it found a device in recovery mode. Click on the 'restore' button.
6.) Wait for the software to download (if you have not downloaded it already) and wait for the iPad software restore to finish.
7.) Either restore your iPad from backup or set it up as a new iPad. I set it up as a new iPad, and it works now.
If this doesn't work for you, try restoring from a different computer, and try deleting and redownloading the firmware file.
I used an iPad 1G (wifi only) 16GB, and restored from a 13" MacBook Pro with the latest iTunes (10.2.2?).

Hi, I'm from Estonia and also own a 1gen iBrick (formerly known as the iPad). Reinstalled everything 100 mln times, DFU, reset, hosts, restore-restore-restore. Nothing, hours of wasted time.

Ok here's another one.
An iPad, a Galaxy Tab, and a Motorola l lost at sea, adrift in a raft when they notice a bottle floating in the water. They all reach out to bring it in, and when they open it a genie appears and grants each of them a wish. The Xoom thinks a while and wishes he was with the most beautiful person in the world (because he felt he wasn't), and "poof" he was gone....... The Galaxy tab thought about his wish and then wished he was with the wealthiest person in the world (because wealth was always outside his grasp), and "poof" he was gone...... The Ipad already knew he was the most beautiful thing in the world, as well as the most wealthy, so he wished he was with the smartest person in the world. The genie tried and tried to grant the ipad's wish but couldn't. The genie then said "I'm sorry there seems to be a problem with your wish, please consult my maker" and "poof" the genie was gone.
