I can't hear my caller?
I don't know what is wrong with my phone. I can't hear the caller. I turned my phone off and then on again and the problem still exists. Any ideas?
Is it a brand new phone? Did you remove the plastic film that covers the front of the phone? It's not a screen protector, just protective packaging.
