iTunes error 13010 - how do I fix?

I was syncing my iPod Touch when my Mac Book Pro shut down from dead battery. I plugged in Mac Book Pro power cord, started it back up, tried to open iTunes, got "The iTunes application could not be opened. An unknown error occurred (13010)." Any ideas?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.7)
