I'm having exactly the same problem, also with 10.2.2 and OS 10.6.7. I've got about 40 items in the list and I have repeatedly tried to delete about half because the price went up but they won't go away.
Additionally, when I point at any one of the items, instead of a single delete circle (far right of the item), I get two, one larger than the other. Neither seems to make any difference. When I do delete the items, the total in my cart does not decrease and if I click out of wish list and back in, all the items I deleted return.
Sorry that's not help to you, but I hope that Apple notices and does something about this.

Those are the exact same symptoms that I am having trouble with, the only other thing is if I go back a page, I can't play 30 sec samples of anything (it just freezes). I love iTunes and I love Apple, but this is ridiculous. They need to fix these bugs ASAP

Yep same problem, and it looks like it's still not fixed in 10.3.0.54 (just installed 6/7/11). That would be nice to have fixed I would think.

I haven't been able to identify the root cause of the problem but I notified Apple Support. They were able to reset my wish list for me and it now works normally. I believe they also elevated the issue so hopefully someone will ultimately fix the root problem itself.
Hope that helps a bit.

This is happening a lot and even with the new update today it is still occurring.

My wishlist is now working correctly, yay. So it seems likely it was a data problem on the server end rather than an application problem since it corrected without a new release.
