Jul 20, 2011 12:55 PM in response to brodiegoby TigerFrank,Tried those - still doesn't work. All the other gestures work. Is there some issue when mixing full screen with non full screen apps?

Jul 20, 2011 12:56 PM in response to TigerFrankby Rudy Milkovic,I'm having the same issue on my iMac 24 with Magic Trackpad. It worked the first time and now it's not working anymore.
On my Macbook Pro, it's still working - so I think there is something that went wonky. I read somwwhere tha tif you turn off all the selections and trun them on again, that may fix the issue. I'm not at home so I can't try that.
Any help would be great appreciated.
Cheers
Rudy

Same experience here, I changed some options and the 4-finger swipe gestures stopped working on the Magic Trackpad (It still worked on the MBP's trackpad though.)
I did what Rudy read somewhere: Turning off all selections in Trackpad preferences, reboot, turning them on all on again. Problem solved.
cheers.

Jul 20, 2011 3:44 PM in response to Peter the Juggernautby Klege,I'm still having the same problem even though i followed those instructions. It just changes to the dashboard from the app i'm using and not any other apps that i have open. I'm using a MacBook Pro 13.

Jul 20, 2011 4:15 PM in response to Klegeby Peter the Juggernaut,I am also on MBP 13, the instructions fixed the one issue with the swipe between pages, I switched it to 3 fingers and full screen apps to 4. You have to unclick all the selections and then reslect to reset (so it seems). The apps might need to be fullscreen to work, but I am not using that feature so I cannot say that this will work for your problem.

Jul 20, 2011 8:06 PM in response to TigerFrankby mrey16,Similar issue. Once I changed to 3 finger drag, it automatically switched other gestures to four finger. I then was unable to access mission control or desktop with four fingers.

Jul 21, 2011 12:19 AM in response to Peter the Juggernautby Klege,Yes i already did that and the apps are on full screen. I also changed it to 3 fingers to see if that made a difference but that didn't work either. Maybe it's a bug and they will release an update to fix it.

Jul 21, 2011 1:05 AM in response to TigerFrankby TheSmokeMonster,I've found that it won't work unless you make a new desktop/space in mission control (drag app window next to "desktop" window at the top when in mission control). This is if you turned off making Dashboard as it's own space (swiping right moving left) which is on by default. hope this helps someone.
