Using Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and iTunes 10.3.1.  All is working fine on a RAID 4 TB drive with my Library.

Upgraded to Lion 10.7 and iTunes 10.4.  Now when I try to select my library, I recieve the above message.  The RAID drive is NTFS.  I use Paragon NTFS (Ver 9.0) for MAC access.  (I use Win XP on VMFusion for work with Office files from work).  In the Paragon Interface, I have access to the drive as an administrator and user.  The drive is not locked.  The three iTunes library files are unlocked as well.

This drive is my main library and contains my entire library since 2006.  I can still access this drive with 2 MPB's using iTunes 10.3.1.

Please advise how to resolve this issue.
