Hi Alll,

 

Along with some other postings on here, yesterday pre-Lion ARD was working with no problems. Today post Lion install and updating ARD to 3.5 (3.5.1) we cannot connect to any computers on the network, ARD can see them but wont let us control or observe screens etc, we're getting the 'connection failed..' error message.

 

I hope Apple fixes this one soon, anyone what's the best way to flag this for the tech suppport guys so they can get this moving.
