Jul 25, 2011 12:52 PM in response to Dina Mby David Bogie Chq-1,There might be, never looked myself, but there are hundreds of tytorials on vimeo and yourtube for FCP and simialr aps. The signal to noise rtio is about miedium; lots of twits mount nonsense or merely copy the manual and claim to have created a tutorial. You gotta be careful.
I think you will find creting menus and branches and jumps in DVDSP to be a simple matter. The DVD spec is like 30 years old and predates tons of interactivity so everything is pretty simple and logical. Dive into the manual and just play around.

Jul 25, 2011 2:10 PM in response to David Bogie Chq-1by javabob,it's really easy, you can teach yourself in about 10 minutes. Use the graphical view to make sure everything is connected and quickly navigate between menus. As David says it's pretty obvious, use Help if you get stuck.

Bound to be stuff there to help.
Also, read through http://www.kenstone.net/ too... so many good hints and tips in there.
But most of all, read the manual! Do the tutorial on the disc, and watch YouTube :-)
All you have to do is create your track and add the chapter markers, then drag the track icon over the top of the menu editor window. Hold it for a second and let the pop up appear which gives you the option of which menu to create. Select a template and go...
Or, make a menu, and add a button to it. Click on the button and in the property inspector for it set the track as the target for the button. Set the end jump for the track to go back to the menu.
And probably loads of other ways too...
