Aug 7, 2011 8:33 AM in response to planb77by Carol37,I already tried that. The ipod won't go out of recovery mode and itunes won't stop telling me I need to enter a passcode in order to sync. But I can't enter the passcode because the only thing on the ipod screen is the connect to itunes screen.
