How much RAM do you have? Lion likes to have a lot of RAM, so you might benefit from adding more. The technical specs say 2 GB is the minimum, but Lion will be slow if that is all you have. 4 GB is better, but you might want to go up to 8 GB if your Mac will support it.

RAM is 4GB, is there any way I can instal OSX Snow Leopard is the computer was working fine with snow leopard.

The main concern would be anything you might have on Lion that would not be compatible with Snow Leopard. If your Mail is in the Lion Mail format, you may not be able to put it back into Snow Leopard successfully. So if you just upgraded to Lion, and have a recent Time Machine backup that goes back to Snow Leopard, you can restore to where you were before upgrading to Lion without losing very much.
You can also up the RAM to 8 GB yourself for about $72. I am pretty sure that OWC ships overseas. If you want to stick with lion, this might be a good option.

I should add that I upped my RAM from 4 GB to 6 GB, and it gave me a noticeable boost in performance in my late 2007 MBP. You should see even more going from 4 GB to 8 GB.
