Try a safe boot by holding down the shift key at boot. If that doesn't help, then we may need to do some single-user sleuthing.TiBook G4 1GHz/ G5 2 GHz DP GF Ultra 6800, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

I tried holdng down the shift key at boot. Nothing happens. What is "single-user sleuthing?" What other key or keys can I hold down to get back into my Mac system?

I was able to get in using the "Safe Mode" finally. But still cannot get rid of stupid Deploy Studio Finalize Script Log. Anyone know how to delete this from the computer's memory?

Take a look in the System folder. Usually there is only a Library folder, but when installations have cleanup, there may be another folder in the System folder that is accessed at the restart. If that is the case, you might want to move that folder to your desktop and see what a normal restart does.TiBook G4 1GHz/ G5 2 GHz DP GF Ultra 6800, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Sometimes these things are launch daemons. See if there's any XML .plist file with a name like "DeployStudio Finalize" in the launch daemon folder: Library/LaunchDaemons/ or Library/LaunchAgents/; you may need to check both your home directory Library/ and the top-level system Library/.If so, delete it with extreme prejudice.
