Go into your local Apple Store for an out of warranty replacement. The cost will be roughly the equivalent of 200 US dollars.

Sep 5, 2011 5:45 AM in response to gdgmacguyby togethersuperpower,Apple store staff told me to pay $200: they will not replace the glass, instead, they will give me a refurbished one. While traveling New Orleans, I saw a small corner shop inside a shopping mall, and they replace the front glass for $150 and it would take about 20 mins. I did not have the service because I was away from home. But at least I learned the price range.

Sep 5, 2011 7:04 AM in response to togethersuperpowerby gdgmacguy,That is correct. The Apple Store does NOT repair phones. They will replace with a refurbished unit. If your unit is in warranty, there will be no charge. Out-of-warranty price is the equivalent of 200 USD.
