Q: How to delete my community profile

I like to delete my profile in the Apple Support Communities too, but i can´t find any solution or e-mail adress, which i can sent my request. Can anybody tell me an adress or the correct way to delete this account? I thnik it isn´t allowed, that the accountcreator can´t delete his own account...

Niel provided the correct answer, above.  Just like it die away.

You can 'blank' out your account information or put silly characters in the fields.  You get the idea.

I would like to VIEW my Community Profile in the first place!  I'm "///Polly" and the leading backslashes were a big mistake, the system can't find me.  It does find plain "Polly", someone else altogether. 

I will have to make a new Apple ID avoiding the backslashes in the alias, and use it just for Community. I've got zero points so it won't be a big loss there.  Just have to remember the new ID and password.

Everyone had to adjust their habits or use another App when Apple made the decision that affected EVERYONE, not just a few.

And that should tell you plenty how apple cares for its user. They STILL haven't offered an account deletion ability like everyone else out there. If I want to cancel my Google accounts, all I need do is select that option. This is why I am leaning very far from apple and its products. I want to totally cancel my account. "Just don't use it" is not good enough. The option to cancel the account should be made readily available for us.

Everyone else out there doesn't off the capability to delete accounts and if you read all the posts in this thread you can delete all the information in your profile and then just let it die a slow death.
