Restoring - Errors

I recently bought a Mac Mini Server 2011 and installed 2 sticks of 4GB (same model). However I accidently erased both partitions/drives and now face a flashing folder with a "?" on it. I've been using Command + R to restore however when I connect I get errors l

"apple.com/support "apple.com/support

-2005F" and -2106F"

Has anyone else had this problem? I find that restoring Apple should of included a restore disc even if some Mac's dont have a dvd drive.
