I sent gift app to my friend using xxx123@gmail.com (for example) but she can't redeem..

so I select the same app and sent gift app again to same email address (xxx123@gmail.com)


Two day ago , I got 2 same receipt 4.99$ and 4.99$

but just redeem only 1.

How to cancel another one ? If can't redeem. Can I got that app?

    As it clear that you had no intention of getting 2 and you were mislead by failure to redeem in requesting it again you should contact your card providers fraud line. If the service has not been delivered then both should be reversed.


    Same problem. No confirmation email and no email for the recipient.


    They have to fix this or loose the facility. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow.
