I can only echo this. While I am not a big Apple fan I appreciate and admire his determination to make technology easier to use and aesthetically pleasing. Without his push we would not be where we are today. RIP Steve

I have been with Apple products since 1994. Steve started, left and saved the company. I hope whoever continues for him is close to the genius he was! Feels like a family member passed away.

Couldn't agree more.

I didn't expect to burst into tears. It is like losing a presence that has been in my life too since 1984. He change our world.

We will all miss him, his legacy will continue.

Rest in peace Steve and thank you for all the wonderful things you created, designed and approved. Apple is kicking butt right now because of you :-)

I feel such sadness at the loss of a man I never knew, yet had such a profound impact on my life and many others. Steve Jobs will be deeply missed. Thank you for all you did Steve.

I am so sad. His brilliance changed my life. I am not a computer geek, but I love my iMac. He will be missed.

I was so surprised by the news about Steve Jobs. I don't know what to say and how to comfort you. I am in deep sorrow. I wish he will take a rest in peace My heart is shattered. Steve Jobs will miss you forever.

At seeing Apple's home page today, my reaction was the same at watching CNN on 09/11/2001: This can't be true!

A co-worker of mine decided to now buy the iPhone 4s since he is now convinced that 4s stands for iPhone 4 Steve

I think to honor him I will not skip it (as I had planned to) but buy it to honor Steve
