You may have missed the prompt to re-enable location services when you set up icloud right after the update. Try looking in settings and turning locations services back on.

I wish it were that easy. That was the first thing I checked. The setting is grayed out and can't be toggled.

Same thing happened to me. Looks like the upgrade turns on Location Restriction. To re-enable location:
1) Go to Settings
2) Select "General"
3) Go to "Restrictions"
4) Either Disable Restrictions, or set "Allow/Locations" to "ON".
Location should be re-enabled.

See my suggestion below yours. If "Location Services" is locked, go down to "General" to unlock it as described earlier.

Hi everyone. I am having the same problem after the upgrade. Location services is on both in settings and enabled under restrictions....still can't find my location. Was working fine before the upgrade. I have an Ipad 2. Very frustrating. Have been working on it for 2 hours now.....Help anyone.
