Siri is great -- but I think I found a flaw. She accidently linked someone as my sister. When I asked her to remove the relationshipo, she comes back with "I am not allowed to change relationships." How do I do so? Is there a way to reset Siri and start all over?

Siri knows who you are by Settings->General->Siri->'My Info.' 'My Info' should be your own contact information from in your Contacts.
At first I thought 'Related People' entires were for you to note who that person was to you. Ex: John Doe is my spouse. However, it is really for people related to that person. Therefore, in order to have Siri forget a relationship to YOU, you need to delete that person from 'Related People' under your OWN contact information. You can also add 'Related People' in to have Siri know them going forward.

That is not the answer. I deleted the entry for the person mistakenly linked and Siri still brings him up as an option.
In my address book, my sister is not categorized as "sister" -- so that is not the connection.
Any other guesses?
The mistaken contact 1) has been removed so therefore Siri should forget, and 2) before they were deleted, I checked the contact and no one was categorized by any relationship. The address book/contact list is not the link.
Glad that works, I was going to suggest "Try Flowers and Chocolates, then Vodka, sooner or later Siri will forget that other relationship" but then saw the part about your sister.
On the other hand, have your parents been completely honest with you in all matters?
I have a simular issue added the word wife after my wifes name Tina "Tina Wife" in her contact when i aked siri to call my wife it asked me if Tina wife was my spouce I said yes that worked..but then edited the contact back to just "Tina" didnt know about being able to set option for spouce untill reading this set here as spouce now siri asks me when I say call my wife "which wife Tina Wife or Tina" is there any way to remove the link to "Tina Wife"

It's very easy, in your contacts find yourself, I might be under your name, once in click "edit" if you scroll down you will see all your relationships, just delete the one you don't want, Siri cannot do it you must be the one who changes any information. Deleting the contact that was "mistakenly changed" will not do anything. Good luck!

edit your contact details (phone or contact app). there are options for "spouse", "mother", "father", etc.

You guys are doing it the hard way. Just go into Settings->General->Siri tap 'My Info' and change the wrong profile to your contact (create one if you aren't there. Alittle silly but it works)
Go to the top of the class..worked instantly and cured my issues many thanks
