Oct 16, 2011 4:02 PM in response to bluebrummieby tripap,I have the same problem, where iTunes seems to work OK, but the server where they maintain their help files is not available. It looks to me like Apple keeps all their help information on a server named help.apple.com, and the people that maintain that server have not gotten around to creating the appropriate help folders for iTunes 10.5. If you go to http://help.apple.com/itunes/win/10.4, you find the help for 10.4. Maybe it's the same as for 10.5, and maybe not.

Oct 17, 2011 6:22 AM in response to tripapby bluebrummie,Thanks tripap ! That makes sense. Seems a silly oversight by Apple on a new software release to overlook the accuracy of a link for product help. I'd think this would be a high priority.
Thanks again !
Erick

Oct 23, 2011 1:47 PM in response to bluebrummieby golfnut1982,iTunes 10.5 is not really well done in my opinion. Missing the url in the window doesn't supprise me. Wait for the next update.

Oct 28, 2011 12:24 PM in response to bluebrummieby beng319,Same here - sheesh!
I'm generally unimpressed with the iTunes application... I've had so many different problems like this over the years.
I'm genuinely shocked that something as basic as this hasn't been picked-up during testing prior to release...
