Q: Address Book birthdays do not show up in iCal

I have entered birthdays into Address Book, but they do now show up in iCal. They do sync anc show up on my iPad through the Cloud.

I found the answer. I went into iCal preferences and switched off show birthdays calendar and switched it back on and there they are.
